We follow this Programming Mindset.

Our HIIT/Cross Training class is an hour long class and will typically include Warm-Ups, stretching and Mobility, a skill development segment, the high-intensity “workout of the day” (or WOD). We will use equipment from multiple disciplines, including barbells, dumbbells, gymnastics rings, pull-up bars, jump ropes, kettlebells, medicine balls, plyo boxes, resistance bands, rowing machines, assault bikes, various mats, calisthenics,Olympic-style weightlifting, Strongman-type events, plyometrics, body weight exercises, indoor rowing, aerobic exercise, running… We will push you to your limits and you’ll love it.
